Working with couples can at times be very challenging, and finding the right supervision can also be the same. The supervision is looking at your process, but also 2 other people instead of the single client, so the supervision has to be tailored to couple work, rather than counselling an individual.
Tom carries out supervision which is loosely based on the 7-eyed model and brings all his 17 years of experience and training so you can use the supervision in a way that best suits you, and specific to the couple counselling you carry out.
The aim is for the supervision to encourage both professional and personal growth. The supervision can look at client work, but also training, note taking, ethical dilemmas and risk and the complication of working with a couple
.
The fee is £60.00 for a 1 hour session (in the Hythe area) and a Free15-20 minute phone meeting is offered to give you a chance to meet Tom and see if I’m the right person for you.
